Site will be down for a while today

The site will be down for about an hour or so tonight.

I am planning to upgrade the forum to the latest version of vBulletin before i add the Points & Store system and also the hack system..

Upgraded to the latest version of vbulletin i.e Vbulletin 3.5.4

The upgrade fixed a few bugs.

Now its just a matter of time before you see the 2 new features (Share forum and the store system)

i was wondering if this could be good idea...

Ashok have some section called admins panel jus like general section in this forum in that section u can have sub topics like

1) Announcements
2) New bee must read this first or Guide to ashok forum website ( which will hold all details abt this forum features and how to access them)
3) ofcourse u could add FAQ which will help users apart from knowing the features in the forum like, how to post,delete and so on...

In this section only the admin must be able to post..but members can reply

and ofcourse u can add more than 2 sub sections in that "jus for admin" section ..instead of giving u r announcement in the site discussions...

So all the announcements by admin will be there instead bieng lost in that site discussion section...as the forum grows and more posts populate that section

Its jus the way of keeping admins stuff at one place and even after a person comes back after a while ,memebers could jus step foot into it, jus to know wot all they missed ,wots new and hot, instead of having in site discussion where admins post can get lost if the posts by other members increase....
