'Share' Forum : Proposal

Ashok, this idea as said is good, now this is point we have to be inteligent,if we start allowing access to the share section to all those who have registered then ppl will do nuthing but leeching...Now here is wot we can do, we will implement sharez section and make them accessible only to preffered members

Now who can be preffered members is something which you have to decide, either it can be 50 or 75 or 100 minimum posts required to access the movies...something like that which makes them active and them allowing them into that section !!

think abt that !! comments are welcome...

One morething i can help u guys get links of all the latest and old movies from hindi,english,tamil,telgu...music and videos too, but ringtones, i dunno..

If i stop access to the whole Share forum people will not bother about it.. I can assure you that.. Becoz they will not get to know whats available in Share..

A better idea would be.. Should them the thread but just hide the link.. The link shall not be disclosed to them.. If they want to view the link they need these qualifications

1) They need to reply to that thread
2) They need to be in a particular group (explained later in this post)
3) They need to have x number of posts.

I will give you an example.. This is what a user can see if he doesnt have the any of the above qualifications



Once the user has met all the requirements he will be able to view the link..

Now there are 2 advantages to showing the thread but not the links.

1) Users will be tempted to fulfill the requirements.
2) Search Engines Bots can access the forum and index it. So i get hits back from search engines which means more traffic and more unique users.

Now getting back to this

The credit for this idea goes to kewllguy. How this will work is.. I will create a secondary group called Share (or anything) I will name anyone user (from the currently active members) as the Admin of the group. Any user will need to contact that user and he will have to add the member to the group only then will he be able to access the Share forum.. I can of course add anyone to that group

How do u like this idea? Suggestions welcome

ashok thats a good idea... ppl should know what is in the forum and if anything they really eager to download or not...,ut abt keeping members active
i think just the qualification fo 25 post is not enough... instead the member can have something like monthly membership... like to access the share forum, a member has to post like 25 post for qualifying and then later 25 post every month to keep his membership active, otherwise what will happen new users will just post 25 crap replies and then go back to being leechers..

also about the legal issue. its perfectly legal. as we wont host any file on our own server. we can host the files on rapidshare, filefront or megaupload.... and just post the links out here... its gonna be perfectly cool... only hafta make sure, we dont allow any kinda pornogray. see we dont host pornographic links here... otherwise that will cause trouble to the forum....

also ashok, i can help u with few things, if u want... this is a community and i m sure everybody out here will be glad to contribute to the betterment off the forum... anything i can do tell me....

Awesome idea guys...let them view wot is inside the thread, but they shuld neeed to be active...that is amazing,

One more thing, the person who is over looking this share section, can follow this criteria,

1) lets say that minimum of 25 posts is required to access, but the member shuld not have all the posts in a single dat (spamming) , i would like to suggest that u shuld also a set a criteria not just for post but number of days too , like they must spread thier post in a period of three days...
2) there must be a post , where in ppl can come and claim for share section activation..which will be over looked by mod..
3) there must be a list in the announcement section to be maintained regarding all the members who can view share section..
4) as wolvs said there must be a review of all the members who can access share section..ppl can be added and deleted according to their activity of the last month
5) ashok u can add this too, instead of jus saying 25 posts, make them to create certain number of threads ...like minimum 25 posts + 10 threads over a period of 3 days or a week...every month
6) lets say a user is constantly posting jus 25 posts, he/she must be reomoved...

Sounds really good.. Will work towards implementing it..
