Nothing quells the appetite like water, lots and lots of water. Start out with two quart bottles in the morning and carry one with you to work or wherever you go. If you like, divvy up the 64 ounces of water into eight (8-ounce) bottles or four pint (16-ounce) bottles to carry around with you all day. Freeze half of them the night before and they will last all day, even in a hot car. Keep some unfrozen so they will be ready to drink immediately.

Yes. You will have to make more frequent bathroom trips, but it is worth it. Drink your 64 ounces of water before dinner, if possible, so you're not up half the night going to the bathroom.

Water not only fills you up and lessens your appetite, it prevents those "hungry horrors" we all encounter when our blood sugar drops and we reach for cookies, candy, ice cream, fries or other high-calorie treats. Water also flushes out the system, rids the body of bloat and toxins and rosies up the complexion. Now, start splashing.

Nothing can be better than this, provided we abide this simple thing we can ensure that the health problems including overweight problems can be kept at bay there is every reason for people to start drinking water. This might be a little problem for a start but am sure all would get accustomed to it. Moreover we need to ensure we are safe from the heart disease too.

Basically an adult needs 1.5 to 2 litres of water a day, to be utilised for respiration,perspiration,salivation , gastric and intestinal juices,tears and transport medium for toxins and wastes thro the kidneys and stool. Water [among other chemicals eg calcium ] is also important to regulate the bodys pH [ acidity,alkylinity ,which should be 7.4 ,which is the pH of water.Your body pH depends on the foods u eat.excessive carbohydrates causes the body to be acid .Then again is is important not to drink water while eating, as u are diluting ur digestive juices ,leading to undigested food in ur system.....AS regards WEIGHT LOSS with WATER ..sorry to disappoint u,this is another story. Further to my above message,if ur body pH is acid ,the body protects itself by lining the inner layer of each cell wall [we have 70 to 100 trillion cells in our body] with a layer of FAT.So reducing ur acid food intake and drinking the daily requirements of water , this will do u GOOD.
