I have compiled some 11 techniques of removing “dhrishti”. By definition dhristi is cast normally by an evil eye. Dhrishti creates negative impact on somebody/some property. It can create damage both at material level as well as psychological level. You need a protection from these dhrishti.
1. Camphor smoke.
Ia.t has to be done in the way how aarathi is taken. In a metal plate, pour some water, turmeric powder and calcium. Place a betel leave on it. Place camphor over it and light it. Now show this entire plate in front of the person. Make circles in air, both clockwise and anticlockwise. Throw the contents in front of the main door.
b.When the daily prayer is carried out in home, finish the prayer with aarathi, and touch the smoke with both the hands and show it the face. Mother should do it for the children.
c.In the temples: when the pujari brings in aarathi from karpagraha, touch smoke with both the hands and show it the face. Mother should do it for the children.
2. Crystal salt.
a.You can even take bath with the handful of crystal salt mixed in a bucket of water.
b.Take a handful of crystal salt and make circles in air around the person. Through the salt in a live fire.
c.Take a handful of crystal salt and make circles in anticlockwise direction in all the chakras of the body. Flush the salt in toilet or throw the salt in the garbage.
d.Take a handful of crystal salt + dry chillies and make circles in air around the person. Through the salt and chillies in a live fire.
3.water melon:
Keep the watermelon in the home few days before “no moon day”. On the “no moon day”, lit camphor on top of it. Do an arathi to the family members. And break it outside the house.
4. lemon
a. Make circles in air with the lemon. And crush it outside the house.
b. Cut the lemon and make 8 pieces. Soak it with kumkum. Make circles in the air with the lemon. And throw it on all 8 directions (N,S,W,E,NE,SW,ES,NE) outside the house.
5.coconut
Place camphor on the coconut and light it. Make circles in air with the coconut. And break it in front the house.
6.Aloe Vera
a.grow aloe Vera plant near the door
b.Tie the aloe Vera plant in front of the door. The fleshier the plant higher is the effect.
c.Consume aloe Vera internally twice a week. (Remove the skin and just consume the 1 square centimetre of gel with empty stomach early in the morning).
7.Crystal stone
Tie crystal stone in front of the house. Preferably with a thread made of goat’s hair.
8. When children does not eat food properly. (food related dhrishti)
Boil gingili (till oil) in a small container. Place it in front of the house. Ask the child to stand few meters away from the hot oil. Give a cup of cold water to the child. The child should rinse the mouth with water and gush the water on the hot gingili oil. Do it 3 times.
9.New born baby
You should keep collyrium on the forehead and the cheek. The black paste should be made with sweet flag (Bach in Hindi and vasambu in Tamil). Burn a lamp with till oil. Burn the sweet flag in the lamp and occasionally soak it in the same oil. The make a paste of this burnt piece and use this for collyrium.

never switch off the lights to total darkness where the newborn baby is sleeping. Some little light should always be there where the newborn baby sleeps.
10. When children does not eat food properly. (Food related dhrishti). Children below 10years.
Lie down the child on its back. Take sacred ash and keep it on the naval. Keep the index finger on the naval and make pivotal circles. 3 times clock wise and 3 times anti clockwise.
11. New born baby.
Always tie a black or red thread in the hip. Those who can afford, make the thread with silver metal.
Apart from the above techniques, regular mantra chatting, regular homams at home, regular reading of paarayana songs, will help in eliminating negative energy.
