Irrigular Heart Beat

Hello

Can any body give me any information on a Irrigular Heart beat/palpitations? Im 30 And suffer from this greatly - even when im in a relaxed state my heart is thumping away in my chest, its very annoying and sometime's i cant sleep because of it. I would be a natural worrier and have always suffered form anxiety however iv been practising relaxation daily for years now and still i suffer from it. Im not sure wehter this is an emotional problem or a genuine physical one - i am waiting for a cardiologist appointment but im on a waiting list for 4 months. If i could get this healed or find an underlying root to this problem i would be delighted as then it could heal from there. Can anyone help please

Kind regards

hi jane
i too have the same problem, probably a little milder. if u r overweight, try to reduce the weight with regular exercise & dieting. this is o ne of the main reasons for this arrhytmia, as they call it in medical jargon. pm me with ur height & weight if u want any further details.

Re: Irrigular Heart Beat

Hello friends, I am sure the problem which you stated has something to do with the overweight factor. I am certain about this because this problem was evident in me too since then I pledged to lose weight and I managed to overcome the problem. I am rather skeptic of the heart disease and always look for ways to stay away from it.
