there will be lot of pressure on him to perform in this series. he has to keep his head cool and should not get carried away.

also only if required he should be sent at #3, not for every match.

he is good and required at #5 or 6

Totally agree with you..

Dhoni proved 2 things in the last series between India and Srilanka

One that he can bat at number 3 and score runs quickly.. this helps when the team is chasing targets in excess of 300 (or for that matter 280)

Second he can alwayz come handy down the order too.. Scoring a quick 40 off 30 balls..

Here is a player who is not as sound in his techique as the Techinically sound and attacking Aussie keeper Adman Gilchrist but is as attacking and far more powerful than Gilchrist can ever imagine to be... So can Dhoni be as successful as Gilchirst? Only time will tell..

What do u guys feel? Please post..

Dhoni can be more devasting than Gilchrist, only thing he should not carried away with success and overnight stardum he got.
he should learn from Tendulkar how to keep cool.

players like Yuvraj got dropped after they got lot of head weight from the short success.

as of now Dhoni seems to be cool. he should remain like that if he want to play long term else there are other good keepers and batsmen like Dinesh Karthick who are ready to grab chances.

senior players should assist Dhoni and guide him and use him properly.

also he should be given chance in Test matches also so that he can be more consistent and improve his technique
